All time and temperature sensitive healthcare shipments must be labelled with the standard IATA “Time and Temperature Sensitive” label.
In the IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations, Chapter 17, it is regulated that per 1 July 2012 all time and temperature sensitive healthcare shipments must be labelled with the standard IATA “Time and Temperature Sensitive” label.
As stipulated in the IATA regulations: it is the responsibility of the shipper or agent to ensure this label is attached to the outer packaging of these healthcare shipments.
